Delivery & Shipping
Where does Alan Paine ship to?
We are proud to ship our garments worldwide to a global community of classicists. However, due to current logistical constraints, we are unable to deliver to a select few remote regions and some areas within Asia. Our checkout system will automatically confirm availability for your location.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two primary services:
Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): A reliable, tracked service costing $12.95. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping (EMS): A complimentary service for orders over $50. This economical option delivers within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
Why are the delivery timelines as stated?
Just as our garments are not the product of rushed fashion, our shipping timelines reflect the reality of considered, global logistics. We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your parcel is handled with the same care that goes into our products. The slight wait is a testament to the journey of a product made to be cherished.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is paramount. If your garment does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within
15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at
[email protected] to initiate a return and receive instructions.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that are not in their original condition, have been worn, or are damaged due to customer handling cannot be accepted for return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days after receipt.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my Alan Paine knitwear and garments?
To preserve the quality and longevity of your garments, we recommend following the care instructions on the label. Generally, for our knitwear and natural fiber items, hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry is advised. Avoid tumble drying to maintain shape and fiber integrity.
