  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: We ship globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Window for Request: You must initiate a return or exchange request within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging (including dust bags and accessories).

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
